We had a fabulous 2017 tour season. We were blessed with wonderful sunny and warm weather delivering ideal conditions for tour guests to experience both ample fields of poppies in May and large numbers of lavender and sunflower fields across the Luberon and Alpilles of Provence the entire month of June, and into the summer month of July. The plentiful fields of lavender and sunflowers laid a pristine and colorful backdrop for our daily walks through historical artisan villages, olive orchards, vineyards, and flower fields. The combination created a natural balance to complement our gourmet Provence foodie experiences of sumptuous southern French cuisine. Our authentic local experiences took guests for a gourmet chocolate experience with the region’s most notable chocolatier and a VIP Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine excursion in a 13th century cellar top off the line-up of this winning active, southern France travel adventure itinerary.
